"I travel to C4 / Madison 3-4 weekends a year to train at C4. Their facility is beautiful and a really important resource for law enforcement as well as citizens who want to be more accountable and proficient with their firearms. I drive several hours to get to C4 because of the quality of the facility and the amazing instructors / groups they host throughout the year. The best part is I can book my hotels down the road, pick up food from a local restaurant and turn my weekends at C4 into mini vacations. Madison is very lucky to have a facility like C4."

"Tried to take a new shooter up for their “heated five stand” when we arrived we were told there was no one there to pull for us at the moment and we had to wait for the guy to get back from doing something else. After sitting around for 20 minutes he finally showed up. We walked over to the five stand to find the heater laying on a table outside and were told “oh yeah we sold the heater to some guy then he said he didn’t want it. Propane is too expensive so we aren’t using it anymore”. We drove 45 minutes so we decided to freeze while we shot. Go to check out and it’s $11 bucks a round for 5 stand. If the heat was on I’d have no problem with that but seriously!? The old man at the counter never once mentioned to us during the 20 minute wait that they don’t actually have heated bays right now. Overall not impressed with the place at all and won’t be going back."

"Extremely Extremely rude staff! While enjoying a great afternoon out with the guys and spending close $400 at C4 our day came to a rude end!! I completely understand the rules and policies at every business but why would you disrespect the high paying customers. The range officer threatened to kick our group out and yelled at our group all because we shot one of the barrels that was in our bay and had thousands of bullet whole in it already. Our group was completely shocked and speechless when he was yell in our direction. If it was that big of a deal to disrespect customers like that then you should definitely make the rules more straightforward and visible. I will never bring race into any situation unless warranted but it truly seemed like that was the case on the amount of disrespect the range manager showed. I would not recommend this range if you want to enjoy a relaxing day out with friends and family! RESPONDING TO THE OWNER: I completely understand the rules and regulations. As soon as the range officer said something we stopped. The problem was how rude a disrespectful he was. You don't talk to anyone like that especially a customer. Who runs a business like that?"

"Heard a lot of good things from a lot of good people, - all true! First time out yesterday, - Very nice facility, and very friendly staff. Well maintained, and it is obvious that they are working hard to make it even better each day. Had a great time, and can’t wait to go back!"
