"UPDATE: It has been 7 months. Still no photos. This company is a scam. Original Post from 11/23: BEWARE! They took money from any entire baseball league for photos and never produced photos. I was told 3 months ago that I would have photos in "2 weeks" (after already waiting for a couple of months). Today, I was again told "2 weeks". When I told him that's what he told me 3 months ago, he got angry... went on and on about how he's not making money, then hung up. If I ever get the photos, or even a refund, I'll update this review."

"Very sad experience that I had with this company. He cares enough about his reputation that he called me to fix my previous review in past but not willing to change his workmanship and provide his best service. I bet he is a great photographer, great father and friend. But he care little less about customers that pay little for his hard work. I could have never seen his work because my order never delivered. He probably spent his time to take those photos too. I wish I could see his work. Just sad."

"I ordered my son's basketball team photo from this company and paid with a check. I sent the owner proof of the form via text message on December 5th, as the owner had agreed to this on the phone. However, it is now March 19th, and I still haven't received the photo. Despite contacting the owner numerous times via email and phone, I have received no resolution. When I email the owner, he simply asks me to call their phone number, and when I call, he promises to find my check but never gets back to me. To make matters worse, the owner has even told the League director that I never paid him, despite my bank account showing that he cashed my check. Thankfully, I was able to show my son's coach and the director my text history and the form with the company's writing and check marks. I also offered to provide my check copy and account history if needed. Once they saw this evidence, they believed that I was in the right and tried to help resolve the issue. I was fortunate enough to use my phone to take a good photo of my son's team after they won a championship. I want to warn others to stay away from this scammer company unless they want to throw their money away. After reading other reviews, it seems that the owner doesn't care about "small" amounts of money. However, if everyone pays "small" amounts, it will add up to a large sum. If the owner truly doesn't care about "small" amounts, then they should have given my money back instead of lying. If you are unfortunate enough to work with this scammer, I suggest using a credit card to make it easier to dispute your money back."

"zero stars * Do not do business with this company! Horrible customer service and it's all a lie. There is no guarantee for satisfaction. My kid's picture came back with red eye and i politely asked what could be done via email and phone. No response. After a few weeks of no response, I emailed saying I would be disputing the charge. He comes back with, "Like I said it takes 10 days and I have copies of all emails and product so good luck". I responded that I had no idea what he was talking about. We did dispute and won due to his inferior work quality. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable company to take your children's pictures. This guy is not a photographer with work ethic. I think he is actually a contractor for buildings. I've made our school aware of the service and hopefully he won't be back."

"If I could give this company zero stars I would. My child has played flag football the last 2 seasons for NEO. Season one they lost his order form and it took them 3 attempts to finally send me the correct child with the correct team. I didn't receive his pictures until months after the season was already over. Second season rolls around. We order pictures and once again NO PICTURES! I have been in constant communication with the owner and his excuse is always that its the developers fault. My son's last football game was May 1st. It is now June 21st and I still don't have his pictures. I have asked the company to please just send me the digital copy. This is ridiculous and such a waste of my time!"
