"This company drags out claims as long as possible just hoping you will give up and pay it yourself. It's a total scam. You are literally better off going without insurance because at least you won't have paid premiums out of pocket on top of the medical bills you will also ultimately end up paying out of pocket as well."

"I don't know whether or not this company is crooked or just incompetent. I can assure you that any positive reviews are fake, bought and paid for. This was the administrator for the insurance, Cambridge Premium, I purchased through Quick Health. S&S Health has got to be the sleaziest company I've ever been associated with. They turned back claims, they told medical entities that I didn't have current insurance and they dragged their feet regarding claims even when told to dispense funds by Quick Health and Cambridge. I was eventually turned in to a number of collection agencies for claims, even with Quick Health and Cambridge telling them my claims were valid. Our credit score was adversely affected because of this. I cannot believe that they are allowed to be in business at all. Quick Health has since ended their relationship with these crooks. S&S Health is for all practical purposes a scam. They should drop the '&' and just go with SS like the Nazis that they are."

"*Update - We dropped them 6 months ago and they still have yet to pay a claim. I have had these fraudsters on the phone with quest for simple labs. They give incorrect info directly to quest to avoid paying. File a complaint with your state insurance commission. These people are a RICO case waiting to happen. Pure deception. Do not pay a single premium to these people. They deny every claim and you will spend hours on even the simplest annual exam labs. I was with them 6 months and paid thousands in premiums and they never correctly paid even one claim. The website on the EOB doesn’t exist and the app they use is worthless. You can call and you get some work from home employee who will tell you that you are covered, only to have your claim denied. I am not saying they are thieving, lying criminals, but they are difficult to work with. Towards the end of my relationship, no hospitals took their insurance. Stay away."

"If I could give them zero or negative stars I would. If your company utilizes this administrator for your benefits, I highly recommend you decline the coverage and seek a policy some other way. They have denied or delayed EVERY SINGLE CLAIM. and if your claim is flagged as an injury they will require that you file a claim or lawsuit against the person/company involved or if you have annaccident policy that you give the money to them, or if you own your home that you file a claim against your policy.... even if you don't want to. In 20+ years I have never seen or heard of this nonsense. The letter they sent had out of service numbers so trying to call them and resolve it over the phone could not be done. They will not accept the information over the phone or electronically. You have to fax or mail it. It's just another sleezy tactic to avoid processing claims. I've had a lot of injuries and IVE NEVER HAD TO DO THIS WITH ANY OTHER HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN EVER. ISNT THE POINT OF THIS POLICY TO COVER INJURIES???? Regardless of how they occurred. I hope they get shut down."

"THE worst insurance company!!! I am going to repeat everyone here and say that I paid monthly coverage just to be denied an ER claim because THEY didn't feel that my trip to the ER was an emergency. I was sent there by Urgent Care on a holiday because my D dimer test came back high enough that I could have a blood clot!! They WILL NOT return phone calls or emails. If your employer only offers this company, DO NOT SIGN UP! ZERO STARS FOR ME!!"
