"My communication with safeware was excellent. My claim adjuster Teresa Oden handle my claim quickly. I had no issues with going back and forth with e mails or phone calls. She was reachable every time but issue I had my repair coast twice as the product coast and safeware only covered 1/3 of repair coast. I belive when a person purchase a extended warranty that states covers labor and parts expect more than that."
"The communication through automated email was great. Direct communication was a bit tricky but it was around the thanksgiving holiday that we were trying to get it taken care of. The person handling our claim was very knowledgeable though, and was able to help us get our issue resolved. Very happy with their service."
