"Ordered delivery on 2/1/24. When the driver came, literally stopped three houses from mine. Then brings my pizzas to the door not in the bag that keeps them warm. Very unprofessional! Then one of my pizzas was missing the chips, salsa and sour cream for a taco pizza. Have never had an issue with this location till this one occasion. Hoping it was a solo problem. Otherwise I won’t change my review."
"I ordered a BBQ Hawaiian pizza and garlic cheese bread. When I got my food it was not warm, there were barely any ingredients on it and the bread was extremely stale. Worst pizza I've ever had. I was charged $20.00 for this pizza and $12.00 for bread plus tip came to $40.00 I could of baked a frozen pizza from the store for $6.00 and it would of tasted a lot better. Don't eat here unless they get new management or better cooks or fresher ingredients. I can't believe this place is still in business. I almost asked for my money back it was so bad."
"It's pizza hut, what can i say. Foods always ready by the time i get there. Its always hot, never forgotten anything, never burnt. Good customer service, always clean. Its my favorite pizza hut in fort wayne. I go once a week."
"It was a quick lunch with extended family. Group of 12. Fairly easily accommodated. There was another group of 16 there too so they must be good with that. They have a salad bar. One of the family hasn't been able to have that since 2020. Gluten free options available too. Wife doesn't like Pizza Hut but said afterwards she'd go back based on this experience"
"I was giving up on Pizza Hut because of the cost and quantity of food. This pizza hut had all you can eat pizza bar today,and they rocked it out. The food was hot and fresh! The service provided by the staff reflects the way things use to be everywhere. Professional, kind, and fast."
