"It was 6pm on a Sunday. They didn't really have any pizza ready( hot-n-ready) so I placed an order. I waited inside and it was freezing in there! I'm talking it felt like there was no heat on !! They had music blasting in there( with questionable lyrics) as well. The pizzas that I ordered were great but the wings were just " meh"."
"Waited about 10/15 mins and still had to holler just to get someone to take my order then upon getting my order it was wrong. Tried to call when I got home no one would answer the phone."
"Update. According to the guy running the register with the neck tat on 12.30.23. Little Caesars is now online only for stuffed crazy bread or deep dish. Cool. Last time I'm going in there. "People are the issue here...it is cheap food but the staff is even cheaper...not only can be rude and not helpful but also hygiene is needed in a restaurant...UPDATE: under new management and tried this location again...smdh, guess it is not any better...waited 20 minutes to receive my online order after showing up at the designated time, but not only did they waste my time...the order was WRONG. Now even with the extra time and ignoring me in the lobby for 20 minutes, you messed up the order. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!"
"This location has a fundamental misunderstanding of how DoorDash Delivery services work. DoorDash orders are not started until the dasher arrives and checks in, leaving the dasher to wait 10 to 15 minutes automatically on every single order. When there are issues, the staff claim, "we have absolutely nothing to do with DoorDash" as an excuse to refuse to call DoorDash Support and handle their own issues. Staff demanded I call DoorDash for THEIR issue before they would hand me my order. Terrible experience as a Dasher, this restaurant I'd an automatic instant decline in the future, it's no wonder delivery sales at this location are struggling."
