"It is always dirty floor is sticky and food on it people are nice but need more staff. Food was salty French fries where not. The dr pepper was watered-down and had an off taste"
"I don't know how many times I've come in, ordered a frappe and proceeded to wait 10 minutes, often it's already made and just sitting on the counter waiting for someone to hand it to me. It's really frustrating. Im also unhappy with the price changes. A shot of espresso should not be $1. The last 2 times I've ordered food, the fries were so salty I could barely eat them."
"90% of the time I go through the drive through here it's terribly slow and something is wrong with order. This time I get to the pay window and something happened to the order and had to wait for the manager to fix it. After waiting for 5 to 10 minutes the girl apologized for the wait and I moved to the pick up window to get my order. She handed me my drinks and sandwiches but no fries, then left. As I sit there and wait for her to return, she finally noticed I was still sitting there and ask what was I wanted. I told her she missed my fries and asked what they were. I told her what was missing and got a puzzled look as she left to get my fries and returned with the fries with an attitude and no sorry or any was said, just turned and closed the window and walked away. I get home to find that the two mcribs I order had no BBQ sauce. They will not be getting my business again. Thanks for the great service!"
