"Worst insurance company I've ever dealt with. Amy is an extremely unprofessional agent and should be investigated for her ethics and way she handles her clients. This is by far the worst insurance situation I've ever had with a company. Thier insured driver hit my vehicle and they totalled screwed me on the value of my vehicle. My vehicle is a flawless well taken care of vehicle before the collision and the closest comparable vehicle on dealer lots is 5500 minimum and are not as clean as my vehicle was before the crash. They offered me 3500 for the vehicle I paid over 5k for and have invested 4k plus in maintenance in the last 2 years. I will be looking into a lawyer to see what they can do. No words can express my frustration and disappointment with this situation and the agent handling my case. My god have mercy on your disgusting soul."

Had never heard of them and was nervous about what kind of service to expect. Their representative Dennis Cisco took care of me as if I were his client. "My insurance agent recommended this company a few years ago. I had to file my first home owners claim for wind damage to roof. After contacting them to file the claim, my claim agent called withing 4 hours, they guarantee 8 business hours, and scheduled an estimator two days later to inspect the damage. He showed up even a few minutes early for appointment. Used drone to document damage. Within a week, I got notice of approval of claim and estimate for repair. The roofer I used said it was a fair estimate and could do work within it plus any identified unknowns when old roof removed. The contractor filed for a supplement which was approved too and within 5 days of close of project I had the final check covering everything but my deductible. A wonderful experience with Celina and would highly recommend them for excellent rates and excellent customer service."

"I experienced a car - deer accident on a Monday evening around 7:00 pm. I contacted Angie in the claims department the next morning. She advised that a rental car would be available later that day, which I opted not to take, but it was good knowing that I had something available in a timely manner. By Wednesday, my vehicle was moved from the wrecker storage lot to a Celina facility and by Thursday I was advised it was later deemed a total loss. Angie provided me with the steps to expedite the claim for which I put my vehicle title in the mail to them Friday morning and received confirmation that my settlement check was in the mail the following Monday, which I received Wednesday. Angie made this an effortless experience with very little inconvenience and much comfort, knowing that I was being taken care of. As much as I wasn't pleased with the accident, overall, I'm very pleased with the outcome. Not only was my claim expedited, the settlement was well above what I expected.
