"Traveling so I’m away from my vet but my dog was due for 1 vaccine. So took him here for vaccine and after was waiting and waiting. Come to find out they had given him an expired vaccine. I had to call my vet back home to make sure them giving him another one that wasn’t expired wouldn’t harm him."

"I have been trying to cancel my service for 4 months now. Apparently you can sign up for service at the actual office but you can’t cancel it there. You have to call corporate. I have talked to them and canceled it TWICE AND IT STILL CONTINUES TO COME OUT! Every single time I call corporate besides the two times I actually spoke to someone in India after holding for 45 minutes, they hang up on me. Banfield has now stolen $70 a month from me for the last 4 months. I literally can’t take it anymore. All I can think of to do is like completely close My bank account. I hate this company so much. I’m so stressed out about this."

"Extremely disappointed. Made an appointment to put down our 11 year old German Shepard. Had put down 2 other dogs over the years. Whether it was inexperience or incompetence it was the worst experience I have ever had. What I thought would have been a simple experience turned into a nightmare. For 40 minutes I watched as they tried to find a vein to administer the solution. I couldn't watch any longer. I left crying and my dog was still breathing. Damn them."

"Both of my dogs go here. My older I’ve been taking to this location since she was about a year old, and this year she’ll be 10. Everyone here is awesome, from the receptionists to the vet techs to the vets. They’re so nice and caring and helpful! The people really make it a great experience. Just a note for Banfield in general- since I’ve mostly ever gone just for drop-off check-ups, I feel a slight disconnect with the vets, just because I don’t see them every time. I’d also like to see the back area where they take the pups, just out of curiosity. That’s another area where I feel a little bit of a disconnect, but I do understand that this system allows them to make more appointments per day which is very good for us!
