"This is the Pharmacy where I get my medicine. I may change and call corporate. I called today and someone picked the phone up twice DID NOT say Anything and place me back on hold.....rude!!! It's sad when you can't get GOOD HELP anymore. Customer service is key PEOPLE!!!!"

"I have nothing but dissatisfaction with this pharmacy and techs. I fill my mom’s prescriptions here and I always have to wait. Sometimes more than a day. The attendants at the window seem rude. And I NEVER get a call back from them. I have even gone through the drive thru, waited 20 min, and found that only one script was filled!! What a waste of time!! Today I tried to call and the recording tells me there are at least 3 calls ahead of me. Waited on hold for 10 min and hung up. I am ecstatic that I personally can deal with CVS. Such a difference! Walgreens needs to get it together!"

"I waited 20 minutes for a curbside pickup order. They never brought it out. Never called to say they were having issues. Nothing. I have two spinal conditions that make it hard to walk so I couldn't just walk in the store. Super super super frustrated and disappointed that I had to leave without my items."
