"Every experience was AWFUL! I witnessed this when my wife was picking up her medication. This last time my wife gave up and left. We decided to have her prescriptions transferred to the Painesville CVS Pharmacy where they treat you like a person. The little black lady pharmacist that works in the PM during the week days is a mean robot! She is hateful and has zero sense of urgency. She rudely told my wife to hang up the phone as my wife was just waiting off to the side for the pharmacist to “slowly” gather my wife’s medication. Two days ago, there was a customer that had to contact (by cell phone at the counter) their insurance due to a discrepancy with their medication. The phone call was ongoing and this same pharmacist stood there and did nothing else. Allowed the customer to be on the phone (unlike my wife that was away from the counter) and refused to help anyone else in line as this other customer dealt with their issue with the insurance company. Who does that? If there is one customer in front of you and the little black lady pharmacist is working, prepare for a wait and prepare to get frustrated. She gives zero cares. She will treat you as if you are less than human. I am not a sensitive person but, I cannot stand for my wife or myself to be disrespected because I do not treat anyone that way."

"Some kind of change needs to be done with this place. Extremely understaffed and patient care is not priority. I shouldn’t bring my prescription in and find out six hours later into the evening that the medication is not available now I have to scramble trying to find a pharmacy that carries my prescription late at night. I understand various meds are on back order but this should have been communicated hours ago. Staffing support from other cvs locations or even bringing in third party agencies. Something needs to be done because me and other patients are having our care delayed."
