"When I say he is a miracle doctor that’s exactly what he is. I was going to another doctor for Thomas 20 years. I was very sick since November 2021. I was highly neglected from the other care from the other doctor. I seen Dr Ridgel in January. The day of my appointment he sent me to the ER For testing. 20 minutes after I left the hospital he called to tell me I was very sick and I needed to go and be admitted. I was very scared but I was very happy that he was able to find out what was wrong with me and I knew that I was going to be OK. "Dr. Ridgel has been my daughter's doctor for many years, and my own doctor for a few years now. He never seems to be in a hurry during our appointment, and in fact gives the impression that he has all the time in the world to listen, and discuss any issues, or questions you have for him. I've never asked him about an alternative way to treat my particular pain issue that he has not known what I'm asking about, and offer his opinion as to why or why not that would help, nor does he give the impression that he is the doctor, and you just need to listen to him, and not question him, as some doctors seem to do. "Doc. Ridgel has been our family doctor for 14yrs now. I've never had any problems with him or his nurses. Doc. Ridgel takes the time to actually listen to what his patients have to say. I love that he's not the type of doctor to rush things or push surgery on you.... He will tell me different ways that he can treat us and always ask me "what do you think?" Or "what do you want to do?".... then we come to a conclusion together. Lately they have been having phone problems....so if it keeps ringing and not go to the answering machine, go into the office."
