"I absolutely love everyone at this office! We have seen multiple providers in this office over the last 5 years and we have always had a positive experience. Lisa Barnes has been our primary and I cannot recommend her enough. They are very responsive to messages and I always receive a callback same day if not within a few hours for any concerns I have. I can always get a same day sick appointment when needed. Highly recommend this office!"

"1. They never answer the phone. When you walk in, it is hectic like an insurance call center or something. Their expectation is to call you back in 48 hours, what if you have an urgent question? 2. They spelled our daughters name wrong - Charlotte, spelled Charlette. Last appointment, they kept calling for Charles until they realized that they read her name wrong. Kind of awkward. 3. The NP added no value to our visits. We had concerns and the answer was always "that's normal". 4. The NP was visibly sick at our last visit, and denied it despite sniffling and coughing the whole appointment. We have a 2 week old! 5. They scheduled vaccines 2 months after the 2 week appointment, when it should have been 2 months from DOB. Confirmed by our new pediatrician. 6. New pediatrician said a 1 month appointment is necessary, Kids in the Sun skipped it. I don't usually write reviews, but I'm a first time dad and very protective of my little one. If you are as well, suggest finding another provider. Only reason we ended up with them in the first place is because they have a salesperson go to the hospital postpartum room to schedule an appointment for you."

"Love this office! Lisa Barnes is amazing. Always accommodating, always great with my daughter. Lisa listens to our concerns and guides us as needed. Separate sick/wellness areas. Separate infant/kids areas. Scheduling is easy. Same day appts when needed. Highly recommended!"

"I just went to this practice for the first time yesterday and saw Lisa Barnes. She was one of the kindest medical professionals I have ever met. She took her time with my daughter’s well check and answered every single question we had with kindness and not showing one bit of “first parent question annoyance”. The place is huge and super clean. I was recommended to here by many and I’m happy I went. I hope this recommendation can bring some people here too!"
