"I would absolutely not recommend this child care!!! They are rude rude rude and absolutely do not care about the children not a safe place for them the owner is literally so ghetto and disrespectful might as well have the dog watch your kid before tryna take them here!!! And i dont mean that Out of spite im being honest its q hell no.. Abd if you dont believe just call for your self and ask for some information and see fir your self."

"This was THE biggest waste of time. DO NOT send your precious child to this facility; THEY DONT WANT TO WORK! My nephew, (who is 18 months), was asked to leave after being there a total of 8 hours in two days. BECAUSE HE CRIED! this was his very first time being in any daycare facility. Most children need an adjustment period. On the second day, I was told, he did better than the first; according to the staff. Therefore, I was hopeful. Now I KNOW why my nephew was crying! He was surrounded by a staff that was unloving, impatient, inconsistent, selfish, wanted to be on their cell… and he felt it! If your child can navigate, be engaging on his/her own and self-sufficient then this is the place for you! But if you need a little extra love and care then this is not!"

"Excellent across the board... I’ve been in more than 20 child care places across NE Ohio And this is hands-down the best. Their commitment to cleanliness, quality care, and professional staff is unsurpassed. They provide a clean, colorful, healthy environment for children. They are adequately staffed and every child gets all the attention they need. The staff is attentive, caring, and just seem like personally a bunch of great people to a trust the care of my child with. They are responsive if you have any questions, overwhelmingly helpful, and just know how to run a place and a manner that is safe, affordable, and of high-quality."

"My children have been attended this child care center for a little under two years. The owner and other staff members have become just like family. The center is always clean and fresh. The owner responds to all questions and concerns promptly. I love love love this center and trust my children with the staff any day of the week at any time. Home cooked meals everyday no processed bagged lunches. My 2 year old knows all of the alphabets as well as his numbers up to 20. He is able to recognize them as well My 1 year old is able to recognize numbers up to 10 and knows all of her alphabets. If your looking for clean, safe, friendly environment this is the child care center for you. There are Surveillance cameras in all rooms and hallways of the child care and they really work lol."

"Inadequate supervision leads to unnecessary injuries. Some staff is young an seems to lack adequate training to deal with the amount of kids in their care. Rest of staff is family and some of them lack basic customer service skills and can be rude at times. Pulled my daughter out after two injuries. Neither of them was I notified of and one there was no explanation for. I only saw them when I picked her up. I don't think they are bad people here but I do think they are very nonchalant about the way they treat the people and about the quality of childcare they are providing. Among other issues that annoyed me were having to ask repeatedly for a receipt after I paid cash and having to repeatedly remind them of my daughter being lactose intolerant which results in painful constipation. The owner needs to reinvest herself in the business she is so proud to say she has run for so many years. Beware, not a place for professionals to take their children. There is a level of respect and care that one should expect for themselves and their children, it is not here."
