"Allow me to start with the fact that they are almost never open during their displayed operating hours, the fact that the prices at the register are still more than as marked on the shelves is ridiculous, stock can be limited, still short staffed, some staff can be rude, there's loud music playing from personal phones with uncensored lyrics from some fresh weed smelling employees. This entire franchise needs to be re-evaluated & re-done! The locations on Mayfield Road in South Euclid & on Monticello can be & do soooo much better! I hope they do before they become a thing of the past!"

"Great service, clean business, the kind young man and wonderful women named Tiffany in the store, who are great at their job, are very kind and helpful, understanding for the most part. The two are efficient at their jobs and know how to handle customers in a respectful manner. The store happens to be very clean and has just about everything I usually look for. Wonderful experience with fabulous workers and a tidy store."

"Prices are always ringing up different than the what the tag shows. I understand if things are placed in the wrong spot however if the tag matches the product the price should be honored. Wont return to this location."

"Place is never open, I mean never. I actually had someone inside the store open it and tell me they were closed at 1pm because they were "under staffed". This place just needs to shut down and be used for something else. I think everyone will be ok with that since its only open 1 and half hours a week at most."
