"Craig Plowigan and the entire administrative staff at Emerald are completely incompetent and unprofessional. I’d warn any parent to avoid this place. They don’t care about your child’s health and treat kids just as another number. After requesting the transfer of medical records to another pediatrician, Emerald took 2 weeks upon the request to send our child’s medical records via US Mail on a USB stick. This is not only wrong but also dangerous as it’s unencrypted. Please avoid this place at all costs."

"I haven’t used their services, this is a review for the front desk. I called to schedule a first well visit for my three kids and was shocked at how antagonistic the person on the phone was. Apparently they’ve had a problem with parents refusing vaccinations and she decided to take her frustrations out on me. We don’t refuse any necessary vaccinations and even after telling her that, she seemed suspicious of me for some reason and wouldn’t let it go! I decided that this was not the pediatric office for us. It was a very unique experience for us, we’ve dealt with several doctor’s offices and have never had this much trouble just getting an appointment."

"My daughter has been a patient with Emerald Pediatrics since birth (15 years). I highly recommend this practice. Throughout the years we have seen almost all the doctors on staff and have had a great experience with who ever she has seen. Today was her 15 year physical. We were checked-in efficiently at the front desk and were called back to exam room in a matter of 2 mins. Chrissy, our nurse, was wonderful. Her tone and bedside manner were top notch!!! When she left the room my teenager even commented that Chrissy was so nice and that she liked her! We saw Dr Thompson and really appreciated how she takes the time to really talk to my daughter. I give 6 stars on a 5 star scale!!!"

"I had the opportunity to visit the Emerald Pediatrics a couple of times for my son. I was not sure which tests to be done but the Nurse Practitioner at the clinic explained to me all the details such that my fear of unknown was all vanished. She was really wonderful, patiently walk me through all the details to book all the required appointments and vaccinations, explain to me what I need based on my son's immunization records. Only then she let us walk to Doctor's office to further examined my son. I will recommend this place to all my friends and family members for their kids! Keep up the good work. Gul"
