"Do not go here. Very unprofessional. Worst experience ever. Context: My family and I moved from NY to Mason recently, and we signed up for a daycare for our daughter. The daycare asked us to see a doctor and fill out the medical form. So we dound this pediatrics. The actual problem: Pediatrics asked us to ask the NY doctor to send the childs medical records. Legally, we can not do it. The process is current doctor has to inquire via consent from old doctor. So we signed the form and they sent it to old doctor. The old doctor sent medical records to new doctor. Now it's been a week that Muddy Creek receptionists are saying they've never received the records and today i spoke with a mean and shouting manager and she said she received the records but we are missing some shots. Conclusion: 1. Receptionists are uneducated and do not know their own process and because of that we missed a week of daycare which is paid already 2. The manager should be replaced. She starts the conversation with an attitude like you owe them everything you have and shouts."

Dr. O'Malley is never in a rush during the appointment, takes time to answer all of our questions and provides valuable information about development. We have loved all the nurses and staff we've met so far. The nurses are always helpful and knowledgeable when we call in with questions and the afterhours line was a life saver when we had an urgent matter. For expecting parents, I recommend utilizing their meet the doctors availability to get to know the team ahead of time. We feel so blessed to have found this practice for our family and are happy to have a trustworthy team on our side as we raise our little one."
