"Update: We have been seeing Dr T for about 9 years and I am still so grateful for him, his family and his in-home office. Both my children love him, too. He even makes my 15yo son feel comfortable and talkative. Best office ever and I'm already dreading the day we outgrow it! We were so lucky to have found Dr. Truong!! It is a family run office and you always feel at home. We have been taking both of our kids here for over a year and he has never ignored an after hours call. So compassionate. He treats our kids like they are his own. He also doesn't just jump to medicine if there is another option, which I LOVE!! He loves like Jesus does and it shows. If you can get in at his office, do it!"

"The only one star reviews are from people who have never visited Tendercare and are merely commenting on the fact that it is in a residential building and not in a medical group. Dr. Truong is, indeed, a legitimate family doctor covered by our employer’s health insurance. We have been taking our children to him for 2 years and we have been pleased with the personalized service of a small medical practice. Vaccines are available in-office, and lab work or radiology is referred to Cincinnati Children’s. Our checkups at Tendercare are always more thorough than checkups at any other practice we have visited."

"I’ve been coming here for several months. I love that we are in and out quickly every time. I appreciate that Dr. Truong does not make us sign a vaccine refusal form. I wouldn’t say he doesn’t care if you don’t vaccinate your child, like some other reviews say. He did ask why we didn’t want to vaccinate and if we had concerns with reactions, but I reiterated that we didn’t want them and he let it be. He wasn’t rude to us about it. There is a sign by the road that clearly indicates where the office is located. The receptionist let us know ahead of time it was an out of home practice, she also suggested we call our insurance to make sure they were in network with Dr. Truong and they were. If that helps ease people’s minds about whether or not it’s a legitimate practice. We have enjoyed our experience at Dr. Truong’s office with our children."

"Had to switch Dr.'s for my daughter who is 12 yrs. old. I was referred to Tendercare pediatrics by my daughters previous Dr. I'm glad I had to change due to insurance changes. Not going to lie, I was very leery at first when we arrived to the practice since its in the basement of their home but I'm so happy I went in and gave Dr. Truong a chance. Perfect example of giving it all a chance and don't judge a book by it's cover. He's a excellent Dr. truly cares, he asks a million questions and makes sure you don't have any questions or concerns and makes sure you leave with clear of understanding of it all. His practice in the basement is a breath of fresh air and a comfortable feeling of simplicity in today's world where I feel it's something we've lost and need more of in these times. Please Please don't let the location discourage you, you will not be disappointed! This opinion is coming from a mom who has many health issues stemming from birth and have seen hundreds of Dr's & most importantly my daughter loves it and she has always preferred female dr's so that says alot!"

"I have taken both of my girls to Dr. Truong since they were born. He is very thorough and that's hard to find in a doctor now days, believe me I'm a nurse, I've worked with plenty of doctors and I know it's a rare quality. He is also a doctor who cares about his patients, and is never off duty. The reason I'm saying he is never off duty is bc, he gives u his cell number for u to reach him at any time day or night..."
