"It could be such a nice place, but people in there a terrible! They don’t smile at all. My daughter is a freshman and we were excited going to the bookstore and buy some sweaters from Findlay University. We left in a different mood because staff in there was rude and acted like we bother them when ringing us up. Who is responsible For this? Students should be treated better!"
