"I was extremely nervous about changing the place I get my glasses, but as soon as I walked in Robin greeted me with a gracious smile and I felt immediately at ease. She was quick to register me and then Nancy had me back for my exam within minutes. She made it fun and light and in no time Dr. Shaheen was in. He was wonderful. He is a kind soul with a caring smile and so knowledgeable. He took the time to explain all the testing and made sure I actually understood it. Lisa, his nurse, who was positively sweet, took me to the room where all the glasses were and got me set up with Danyelle. She was extraordinary! My friend and I went together and Danyelle waited patiently while my friend finished her exam so we could get our glasses together. She explained our insurance's best deals and helped us get the most for our insurance money, including a pair of prescription sunglasses! She helped us find what we wanted and didn't try to upsell us on anything. She just let us buy what we wanted. We bought five pairs of glasses so she really did an incredible job for us! Erin S. was also a huge help, clarifying an error so we were ecstatic she was around!! Erin S and Danyelle also seem to have a wonderful working relationship which made the time we spent there go by faster. This was a wonderful experience, I cannot say enough about the staff from start to finish. Professionals all the way with just enough fun to make you feel like getting glasses is not a chore."

"Always get a second opinion. Almost one year later, cataract and lazik surgery(twice) my one eye has been blurry and blood shot for months. They say it worked but I see worse now than I ever did. The glasses they give you( you pay for) took 2 months, the lab did not cut the lenses right- twice and then they broke my frames. They let me pick out a new frame but did not get the prescription right so now I struggle with glasses on and off( eye is still blurry with glasses on) I went back hoping they would fix at least the transition lense and the bifocal prescription but they said it was right. It is not, they are my eyes, I’m the one trying to see…Lazik is not worth the money or results!"

"I emailed Davis about two weeks ago through their website portal for a replacement set of glasses and prescription, including frame number, brand, and style. I emailed them a week later asking them if I could still have blue light protection added and current prescription. Several days later I called and they said they have not received any emails from me. If your not going to respond to emails then what's the point of having an address? I would not recommend using their email because its likely no one will contact you back. The only reason i gave it a two star, and not a one, is because the person I spoke with got an an appointment later this week."

"I went in for cataract exam and after going through all testing was told I had cataract’s. I scheduled the procedure to be done and was told they would check with my insurance for amount I would owe. I was told they needed $838.00 up front to do surgery. I just received the itemized statement of what my insurance paid and what I owe. I owe $20.00 and I have been trying to get my $818.00 back from them. They will no longer return my calls or calls from my insurance company. Be very cautious of this place. I am happy with the surgery just not with their billing policy and the way it feels like I am being scammed out of money."

"I had cataracts removed and mono focal implants put in last December at Davis Eye Center. I am 100% pleased with them. I had been scared to have surgery on my eyes but having cataracts plus suffering with mono vision got to be too much. I always had trouble with glasses and contacts were a little better but after talking with some people who highly recommended Davis Eye Center I decided to take a chance. Everything went smooth, no pain, the surgery was done quickly and I can now see perfectly without any correction. Everyone at Davis Eye Center was so kind and helpful that I felt at ease during the entire process. I would definitely recommend Davis Eye Center for anyone needing eye services."
