"Unlike other reviews, I’ve never had any problems with them getting back to me. My counselor just left and I couldn’t get into a new one for a couple months so that was a bummer. I went to a different psychiatrist at first and he was ok but then I felt like he wasn’t listening to me since my meds consistently weren’t working. But then I switched to another psych/dr and she is wonderful. She’s works with me, listens to me, and helped me understand my problem more. She also has managed to find the right medicines for me and that has never happened. I actually feel like myself again, so thank you."

"While the providers here have been wonderful and caring, the front office staff rarely answer calls (tried all manner of times between 9-5 and they never return a voicemail). It's completely baffling that I cannot make contact with a human to fix an insurance authorization issue in three weeks. If the providers had responsive office staff, I would gladly recommend this clinic. As it stands, stay away unless you enjoy being abruptly cut off from prescriptions and left wondering if anyone has heard your voicemails for weeks."

"5 voicemails later and not even a call back. My medication has not been refilled nor can I get anyone to pick up or call me back. My therapist is amazing but the office itself is absolutely terrible. As a medical professional myself this place should be embarrassed on the way they handle their patients"

"The most uncaring group of people. I’ve been going to this location for around three years. My most recent therapist started the process of a new diagnosis, sent me for testing by my primary care physician, which was done and sent to her office in February. I followed up six times in five months and the practitioner I had been seeing, Tonya Gessler, never returned a single phone call. I finally asked to be transferred to a new doctor. When I went to this new doctor today, Mansoor Elahi, He informed me that no information for this new diagnosis had been recorded. He was incredibly rude and refused to listen to me. He treated me as if I was there just to push for medication I didn’t need. He insisted that I was sent for the medical testing as a routine process, yet claimed that he did not know what my previous practitioner had done. He tried to give me a treatment I had already tried before that did not work. He told me that I was being argumentative, and that he was trying to help me, yet he repeatedly asked me the same questions because he was not listening. Apparently trying to get your practitioner to understand that you’re in in your crisis is being argumentative. He did not even try to continue down the same path that I’ve been working for the last nine months, even though he can see that I’ve had the same complaint for the three years I’ve been going to this location. In the end, he did not even refill my medication when it’s past due and tried to get them to schedule me in another four weeks time, which would have put me entirely out of medication for a significant timeframe. This type of behavior is exactly why people turn to alternative methods to treat their mental health, because they are not believed when there is clear evidence of an issue. Steer clear from this office if you’re able. They are not responsive and calloused to people with real problems."
