"Reading all the reviews and I guess it's not just me... I used to see NP Erin Tischner until she moved back to Cincinnati. They apparently assigned me to another NP, whom I've never seen because I found a new PCP right after Tischner moved. I am now looking for a PCP closer to home (I've never been a fan of my new PCP, but I just stuck it out until now). I called to schedule a new patient appointment only to be told back in Jan 2020 I was dismissed from the practice due to an unpaid bill of $170 which I had no knowledge of! I checked my credit and there are no bills from them in collections or anything. I'm so confused and irritated. I guess it's best that I'm not seen here after all. The receptionist that I spoke with was very nice so nothing against her."

"Worst office ever . I was treated by doctor Pluskota for 14 yearth and then he passed away goddess to soul I got stuck with a nurse practitioner Marcy that wasn't certified to do half of my medication .... Tried to give me medication that I was allergic to and if I would it could have done serious damage But I also am disappointed doctor cookin everybody that did not take the time to discuss with me and give me the option of seeing somebody other than somebody that is unqualified to do her job Doctor pascodo was the doctor that gave that office it's good name"

"If I could give a zero I would. I went to this office for over 25 years, seeing Dr. Pluskota, who was an amazing doctor!! With him no longer there the practice is a complete joke. My brother saw a "doctor" and an NP ar different appts for breathing issues. They both checked his lungs and said that they sounded good and to keep using his asthma meds. He ended up in the hospital because he could hardly breathe. His right lung was completely collapsed, which caused a slew of issues and needed major surgery. When I saw the same doctor prior to this happening, he read my chart and said that he " was scared of me". Really not a great feeling not having confidence in my doctor. The staff are un proffessional and rude . The office manager is completely obnoxious. I could go on and on with horror stories. If you're looking for a new practice, run from this one unless you want to be treated rudely and misdiagnosed for something as simple as listening to lungs and not knowing one isnt working."

"So far for my first time this place is nice. The staff was so friendly and easy to schedule a new patient appointment. I appreciate how nice they were and they took their time to go over everything with me."
