"For starters ...my Dr is a practioner ..I have had a lot of ongoing health issues...which they now have confirmed it could be my back causing alot of it.he advised me to continue seeking help with the orthepedic of Wooster..I refused ...an went ahead to Cleveland Clinic..set an appointment with neurologist..he gave FMLA for 1 day a week...I was advised to try therapy first before surgery which I am currently doing now he is trying to not extend it to 2weeks off I mean why not give two weeks of hard hands on therapy then only one?? I am doing it with a facility I trust far more than him..an I know you sometimes have to put an end to it why not quit leading me around like you know better then I what I need .. OK that FMLA leave of two weeks therapy I could be back to work by the time you are done leading me to go here an there to a Dr who knows nothing"

"I love my doctor but the office management is horrible and unprofessional. I have been trying to make an appointment for this week for two days not today this week. Everyone is busy including myself. They say they can’t make appointment for a recheck even with another doctor. There is at least 8 doctor at this facility. After 6 years, I will be moving to a new doctor."

"I’ll save the long story, but if you expect a call back from their scheduling department to get an ultrasound, you might be waiting for 3 months like I have… unlike the 1 to 2 weeks they told me in the office. I’ll be finding a new practice and making the drive, if need be, to an office that is organized and follows up with their patients."

"My doctor is Joey Romar. I could not ask for a better primary care physician. She is kind, non-judgmental, and very professional. I am SO happy that I was able to find her as my doctor. The rest of the staff, the nurses (I miss Stephanie as a nurse. She was WONDERFUL. I hope she's doing well in life!!!), and everyone else is also very kind and professional. My mom also is a patient here, her doctor is Lindsey. I have met with him, too, and he is also very friendly and professional and I am glad my mom is in such caring hands."

"Today was my first visit with Dr. Michael Halko. I was very impressed with the time he spent with me. He took the time to read the packet of information I sent ahead of time. He wasn't rushed, he listened to me, and we had conversations. He had questions for me, and shared his initial thoughts with me before we begin any testing. He accepted my health responsibilities that were within his purview, and is referring me to a specialist for something he felt needed a closer look. He also asked to be copied on a test another doctor is ordering which made me feel he is interested in my overall health and well being. I felt very confident when I left that I was in great hands! Office staff was very pleasant. as well."
