"We have worked together with several employees at the Hummel Group's Orrville, Ohio office over the past 14 or 15 years or so and not once, in all those years, have we had any moment of disappointment with any of the excellent people that have assisted us. Every Hummel Group employee, in every capacity, has been superior in their support and assistance to my family and me. Names of Hummel Group people that quickly and very favorably that come to mind are Trevor Hostetler, Jolene Ricer, Jacob McConnell, and more recently, Steven Smith. All of these people have been absolutely fantastic in their service to our family in every way. We really cannot give more positive feedback on any of these professionals. A special note regarding Steven Smith: his assistance to us with Medicare supplemental insurances, both health and prescription coverage, was very thorough and we found him to be a very pleasant person to work with, as well. As a result of our experiences with Steven, I easily recommended him to assist my brother with similar insurance needs. My brother, who is physically disabled, contacted Steven and Steven agreed to visit my brother at his residence in Stark County, to enable the necessary meeting, questions and arrangements to be made without the inconvenience for my brother to try to leave his house for the business to be conducted.
