"I've had this company for almost 20yrs. Never had a claim until August/September. I was diagnosed with MS in 2005. My brother in law helps with things since sometimes I have trouble understanding logistics. Won't go into details, but the woman we spoke to was rude, nasty and accusatory to us BOTH. Neither can remember her name but I'll tell you which office. It's the one to the left as soon as you walk in.I heard her LOUDLY talking about me when I was at the front desk. Her office is RIGHT THERE. I announced I was there and silence immediately. Shocker. Her tone was nasty as soon as I entered. I said I'll cancel my policy and go somewhere else (AFTER SHE ROLLED HER EYES!!) Mr. Moomaw helped control the situation. Im not sure he saw her do it since she was sitting and he was standing facing me. He was gentle spoken, apologetic and explained things. Never ONCE in an agitated tone. I suppose I came off as very brash, but Im sure he didn't know the pre-game situation. She set the atmosphere with just PHONE conversations. My relative never says anything bad about anyone. He's well respected, loved and liked by many. For him to say something about her I knew it had to be bad. Everyone else, AWESOME, from the front desk receptionist, Mr. Moomaw and ESPECIALLY Ben. I received prompt service, estimates and payment for repairs once I got a new rep. Ben discussed with us BOTH the policy changes I would receive in the mail. He was being pro active by calling so we wouldn't freak out. Thank you!!! Had it not been for her, they would have received 5 stars. Minus 2 talking to my relative then myself that way and minus 1 for rolling her eyes!!! Not sure I'll keep this policy just because of HER. If I talked to customers that way, not sure id still have a job or at least not be reprimanded. She needs lessons on customer service. I'm sorry 1 person caused this rating but know who you employ. There's no way we're the only ones that have dealt with her. Not EVERYONE is out to commit insurance fraud!"
