"I work in the medical field and if anyone in my practice treated my patient the way they treated Mr. Kaleal, MY SON, They would be FIRED!!! My son had my Grandbaby the same day of his appointment. He did not have time to call your office to reschedule. He is a first time dad and was nervous. When he called to reschedule, ROBIN, whomever she is was VERY VERY RUDE to my son. He offered to pay for his missed appointment and and she still refused to give him an appointment. He is on anxiety medication and this medication can not be missed. She told him and I quote " I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU " That made me sick to my stomach. She should not be in the medical field if she has no compassion for her patient's. If I was her Superior SHE WOULD BE GONE."

"Missed my appointment because my daughter was born the same morning. Call a week later and the receptionist was VERY rude. Her name is Robin so be prepared for a fight on very simple requests. I needed 2 more days of anxiety medication and she told me to find another doctor and they wouldn’t fill it. Stay away!"

"Dr.M has been the only doctor I have found that listens!!! It’s the little things like finding alternatives when certain medicine upsets your system. Or when my labs first came back normal but I still felt exhausted. He worked with me until I felt normal and that lab work then became our goal. In urgent situations he has been able to get me into the office or once while I was in VA when Covid first broke out Dr. M was able to set up a virtual appointment with me. Always going above and beyond for me along with his staff. I truly feel I cannot go anywhere else because they listen and care !!!"

"Dr. Mehta has always been very kind to me and my family. When I’m sick or need to see him ASAP he always squeezes me in. Always makes sure to follow up with me and always makes sure that no matter what i get what i need. Most of the time I’m in the office to see him because i get really bad colds and they last forever. Dr Mehta doesn’t give up when an antibiotic doesn’t seem to be working with me. ( which happens quite a lot). I would recommend Dr Mehta to anyone who needs a primary physician."

"Wish I could rate a negative. My mother spent 3 days very ill in the hospital under his care. Oh, wait, no...he never came to see her! Discharged her, with wrong medication advice and she is back in the ER, was almost unconscious. Not to mention discharge stated they called in antibiotics to pharmacy, but they never called it in. While my mom was writhing in pain in Lake West hospital, I asked to see him, I was told he doesn't come to the building, nurses could call him. I called his office and asked to speak with him, no return call. 3 Nurses over the three days said they've never actually seen him. Literally surreal. My mom was in a hospital, yet I was told there are no doctors to see her. And now that he didn't pay attention to her history, he ordered her to take a drug she had a reaction to, and we are back in the hospital. Only this time, University. I wouldn't send my dog to lake west. So he gets paid to be the ER attending while not being at the hospital. Sitting at home? Golfing? Anywhere but where the patients are. If I could get him on the phone, my question would be "why did you become a doctor"?"
