"This new facility is SO nice! It’s like night and day from being at Willowick Urgent Care which was so awful these past few years. It was always so dirty and just a mess. This new place is so clean. Nice tall, open ceilings and natural light. Kim was so pleasant upon check in and Matt was a terrific nurse. Friendly and efficient! I really like the online reserve an appt. I was able to reserve a spot this am and get all my paperwork done in advance which was so nice."
