"The way this hospital is run is a JOKE! They do not care about staff, they do not care about patients, they only care about $$$$. Look at the stars on all the UH Hospitals and think twice before applying to work here or going here for treatment, if you have a choice. They are too greedy to turn patients away, but are so understaffed it's pathetic. There is a reason they have a terrible rating. Just disgusted with whoever is in charge of the UH Hospitals. I am sure I will get one of those nice little bot comments telling me they value my opinion and want to know more, but this is another LIE to make some believe they actually care. Do not be mistaken, it couldn't be more obvious they do not."

"Just wanted to give credit to your staff working on 10/1 I believe it was. We were in the waiting room with my mother for several hours. Lots of angry people not treating staff very nicely. We were there until after several shift changes and Into the early morning of the next day. Every nurse and staff member that came out to give updates, give blankets and help with bathroom breaks was absolutely amazing. We finally got brought back around 1145pm after waiting about 8 hours. I heard you switched to a new charting system and once back to a room everything still went smoothly. Sam, Alex, front desk ladies, and our nurses Shelia, Bob and Bobby were all great. Bob and Shelia updated the patients waiting as often as possible. Great communication by your staff for what looked like a very busy night."

"Visited the ER with my mother and the experience was great from triage to the room. The staff that helped take care of my mom were so pleasant. Thank you Kristi, Bob, Shelia, Hailey, and Bobby. I could see it was a busy night but this did not delay care. When I left to get some sleep and felt so comfortable leaving my mom in your staffs care. Healthcare workers don’t get enough credit. Thank you again!"

"It did take awhile to see a Dr/nurse but overall was good. Stacey was an awesome nurse. Very caring and sweet. Full of life personality. Never was a fan of Parma Hospital , not a fan now of that Hospital. But , because of my encounter with Stacey , it definitely made it a lot easier. Oh...btw...I had an accident with a 5,000 PSI pressure washer."

"Had a severe laceration on my pinky. Minda did a excellent job stitching me up and Stacey and Lisa did a great job getting me cleaned up and the whole staff got me in and out in under 3 hours and the ER had 10 people already waiting. They pushed the patients through at a great pace and care didn’t suffer in the least. Well done Ladies"
