Being provided both options and hope are sadly rare occurrences, but Dr. Kareti was able to provide both to me. - Dr Mathur shows a level of professionalism, courtesy, and a bedside compassion that truly sets the bar. Arguably the best doctor I've ever had, regardless of speciality."

"This has been one of the worst experiences I have had to struggle through. Dr Mather kept me waiting for almost TWO HOURS & another visit was 1 hour & 15 mins. After my stroke he shouted at me - telling me I could end up paralyzed. I couldn't believe my ears! I'm a nonsmoker, never did drugs, eat right and led a fairly normal life. I was absolutely STUNNED to be treated like that. I told his nurse how horribly he treated me. He should have been reasonable - instead of yelling & carrying on as if I caused it! Everyone else there is very professional, but I would advise to request a different doctor at the practice- NOT DR MATHER. I can honestly say I was TRAUMATIZED by him - it felt like abuse! This behavior should NEVER happen when going to a DOCTOR for help! Just thinking about it is upsetting."

"Have been a patient of theirs for a couple of years now, they have a real problem with follow up and returning phone calls in a timely manner. Desperately seeking services elsewhere. Best of luck getting them to help you. It wouldn't be too much to pickup a phone and call. Serious customer service issues. UPDATE!!! I hope nobody is ever treated the way I was at this office. They truly make you feel like your bothering them by asking for help. I couldn't get the office manager to even call me back after begging for some news about my procedure. I found help elsewhere .and was content with waiting the grace period for insurance purposes, the new place was very professional address my problem scheduled me no issues. Then today these people call me out of left field wanting to schedule my procedure??? YOU NEED CUSTOMER/PATIENT TRAINING ! This has been a very unpleasant experience I hope nobody ever has to go through this it's a terrible experien please look elsewhere for a professional group of doctors and nurses these people don't cut it."

"It makes me sad that I have to write a negative review. I've been a patient there for at least 3 years and never had a problem until recently. My meds ran out after going to my scheduled appt., I was told that my prescription would be sent to my pharmacy. Of course it wasn't, it took numerous calls for someone to call back and tell me that they were sending it right over, it took two more calls for the prescription to actually be sent and 2 days with out meds that you aren't suppose to stop taking abruptly. Same appointment I was told that authorization request for a procedure was being sent to the insurance company, this usually takes a week or two at the most. This week makes week 7. After several calls someone finally calls and tells me that they are no longer covered by the insurance. That's weird since nothing has changed on my end. I then call the insurance company and was advised that Dr Mathur is still covered and they have not received any claims or authorizations from that office. Of course I call the office back and was told that I have to speak with the practice manager Carol. Carol doesn't like to return calls either, I have called 4 days in a row all at different times she is never available and she doesn't return calls. Unfortunately I will have to find another provider since this one has lost their minds!!"

"I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Gerhard. He was very friendly, and put me at ease right away. He took his time with me, and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. He is helping me to improve my feet without surgery. I’m so glad my family doctor recommended him. I would highly recommend him also!"
