"We have been taking our 4 children to Springdale Mason for almost 14 years. Dr. Bunch has always taken time to answer any questions during our appointments. He takes the time to connect with the children during the visit and get to know them. He is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also patient and kind. He has strong connections to Cincinnati Children's and has given us many helpful recommendations. From newborn to teen, we have always trusted Dr. Bunch entirely with the pediatric care for our children. Having two office locations has been helpful for our family over the years. I normally call the Springdale location to schedule an appointment. The receptionist, Dee, is always so helpful and reassuring, and is happy to check Mason for appointment times as well. Both locations are very clean and updated. We are never in the waiting room longer than needed and always appreciate getting to a room ourselves where we wait for the doctor. Very highly recommend Springdale-Mason Pediatrics to anyone looking for outstanding pediatric care."
"The doctors are fine. But the receptionists are the WORST ever! Very rude and unprofessional. They scheduled an appointment for flu shot as an office visit and I needed to pay for it. Another time they scheduled an appointment on the phone for literally “tomorrow” but when I arrived on the day after the call they said the appointment is on tomorrow (two days after the call)! I’m sure they said “tomorrow “ on the call!!! They did NOT even bother saying sorry. They told me:”you don’t have to come to our business if you are unhappy with us.” and hung up on me. Okay, I am not going!"
"Dr. Fisher is AMAZING! She is wonderful with my daughter and provides excellent medical care. The staff is friendly and seem like they enjoy their job. They have evening appointments that fit into my work schedule and I have been able to get in on the same day when my daughter was sick. This is a great practice!"
