"Our animals have been patients at BV for many years. Thanks to this vet, and a diagnosis and medication they found, my wife’s dog lives a happy life (We almost had to put her down until BV found a solution.) The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and is very easy to talk to. The only suggestion I have is for the Dr to examine your pet in front of you. Doing it behind closed doors, and brining swabs to show ear infections, coming back to talk about flea meds, coming back to talk about other conditions…. Each with a bill increase…. May make you feel like you’re being “sold” medical care. Kind of like when you get an oil change and they come in with your air filter in their hand and suggest a new one, when a new one may not be necessary. Now me, I trust this vet, because I’ve been going there a long time, but I can see how other patients feel like they may have over paid. Just my two cents. I do recommend BV for your pets care!"

"My sisters dog has been regularly seen at this vet for almost 10 weeks and we have been life long customers before ownership switched hands. We are extremely disappointed in the care given at this vet. Our dog Bingo broke her leg 10 weeks ago and has been seen probably 8 times since, only one time (the first time) have we spoken to the vet even though we have pushed to see one. The last appointment I went with my sister to make sure we got X-rays as they kept pushing them back, after trying to talk us out of them they agreed but we were not seen by the vet. We discussed specifically that I wanted to talk to the vet about instructions after her brace was removed so we made an appointment. After waiting 30 minutes only a tech saw her, we were to wait in the waiting room for her and were unable to speak with the vet. After 10 weeks with a cast on your leg wouldn’t you expect pain medication? Not just the normal she has been getting this entire time? Well here this is not even a discussion you can have with the vet but a statement a tech can give you as she hands you back your dog. We will never go here again or recommend this vet to anyone that doesn’t want to just hand over their animals blindly."

"I had to take my cat there he needs to have some teeth pulled and he needed his shots. They were very nice and took good care of him until he gets his blood work and his extraction scheduled."

"Couldnt get my dog into a vet anywhere as our normal vet was on vacation. this place took him on a walk in, were incredibly kind and courteous and timely. They took amazing care of him. I couldnt be more thankful for Dr. Janelle, she knew exactly how to treat him and got us in and out in a little over an hour. HHIGHLY HIGHLY RECCOMEND. 5+ Stars!!!"
