"The staff is always friendly and the office is well run. The doctors have always taken great care of me. I avoid the medical supply companies as much as possible for CPAP equipment because they are all awful and it saves me money to pay out of pocket. Highly recommend going to the sleep management institute."

"The nurse/assistant that I dealt with did and excellent job. The physician I saw also did a good and thorough job. My problem came when I tried to order C-pap supplies. It has been nearly 2 months and a bunch of run-around and I still don’t have my supplies. I was given some story that since I am now on Medicare, I have to go through a new supplier who is selected at random. SMI supposedly took care of this, but I still have no supplies after nearly two months. As a result, I am suffering from a chronic sinus infection and some other issues (my mask no longer fits properly). The most troubling thing is that I have not been contacted by either SMI or the supposed new provider. In this day and age when contact is nearly instantaneous, is it so hard to send an email or text to let a person know what is going on with an order? This has been very frustrating to say the least!!!!"

"After finishing my sleep study, they didnt follow up and place the order for my cpap. I had to follow up with them after 2 weeks. Then, the place that supplies the cpap didn't bother to call me back. I followed up with them, they blew me off, didn't call back. After a 2nd follow up with them, they blew me off AGAIN. 3 months later and I still do not have a cpap or a follow up. The receptionist was also particularly rude when I called to ask why nobody was following up with anything. I wouldn't recommend this business."

"The Sleep Management Institute Saved My Life. If you cannot sleep properly, you probably don’t know it. And, if don’t know it, you could die from the many common illnesses and conditions that Sleep Deprivation might cause or contribute to, like: Heart Disease; Stroke; CPOD; only to name a few. After a trip to the emergency room with heart attack symptoms, it was only during heart surgery that it found my heart was not the problem. It was only proven that I was sleep deprived in a sleep study. As soon as I got my CPAP I was stunned to know what a GOOD night’s sleep was like. That was about 15 years ago..."
