Mercy Health - Anderson Pulmonary, Sleep and Critical Care

"Dr Kapur and nurse practitioner Angela are the worst health care providers I have ever met. I have asthma and allergies and could barely breathe coming to see them. They put me on different inhalers, ran tests, and said there was nothing else he could do for me . That I should take anxiety meds. I was still unable to breathe properly and had to do breathing treatments all the time and he dismissed me like that. Since then I have been diagnosed with severe asthma induced allergens and have been put on allergy shots and get an asthma shot every 4 weeks. Now why didn't Dr. Kapur have me get asthma shots?? I have never had a Dr dismiss me like that before and I am looking into legal action. They never returned phone calls ,do not give you test results, and just do not care about the patient. Please do not go to this practice if you are in serious health problems."

Drove 30 miles there and was refused appt as it was “virtual.” But she (Kellie Woods Assitant) said they cancelled yesterday and they do NOT use MyChart. Frustrated! Need new pulmonologist, just left message with Mercy complaint line."

"I wouldn't recommend this doctor. He didn't even give me the results of my chest x-ray or pulmonary test. Just sent me a letter to go find another doctor bs I do my own research & ask questions."
