"I injured my foot and was given an appointment for the same day. The only issue I had was that I got a call saying they had some cancellations and if I could come then they could get me in. I only live 7minutes from the office so I said I would. I got there, completed the paperwork and then waited. People kept coming in and I still waited. At 3:45 I finally asked how much longer it would be. My original appointment was at 4:15. The receptionist told me she thought I had been seen and left. So I was called in next and the nurse told me that she was taking the patients that had appointments before she could take me. That was the reason I was still sitting. I didn't argue by because I knew I might say something I might regret. Next time I get called to come in for cancellations I will definitely watch the time and not wait to ask when I would be seen."
