"Was in line prior to their 1:30 PM break. They finished car in front of me at 1:30 PM. I pulled up and they put the sign up for their lunch break. At least have common courtesy not to throw sign up when I pull up- or have policy that you must arrive prior to 1:25 PM to have services rendered. Update to the first review. Notifications are not provided and prescription was discarded prior to letting me know it was ready if I could go negative stars I would."

"Never have I had to deal with such insulting incompetents than the photo department at this location! Not only did they screw up an order, making promises they couldn't keep they then sent me an insulting email full of lies! I placed an order then got a call that it couldn't be done due to lack of inventory. I was told to cancel the order and redo it as a different item and get it at the cheaper price. 8 days later, my 2 hour print order was still "in process" When I called, no one had a clue about my order. I was told to call the 800 number. After the 800 number "customer service" hung up on me for asking a question, I got this insulting email!"

Yesterday, he went above and beyond expectations to help me find the gift I was looking for that wasn't out on the shelves yet. Dawn is another friendly face that I always look forward to seeing. She is always available to help customers, despite her busyness with keeping the cosmetic and beauty section so clean and organized. Thank you for all you do!"
