"I'm new, however, this place has made it possible for me to live and have more control over my life. I've been in recovery since 2019 and have remained successful at all costs including not being able to obtain employment due to treatment requirements having me onsite 3 days out of the week. Someone new or failed drug screens ok I get it but someone that hasn't skipped a beat transfers in for employment purposes and being told they could accommodate for my needs and where I was in recovery and that just hasn't happened. Here everything is so simple im actually almost lost like that's it...the only thing I think they could have done better was telling me upfront I would have to change medication...it's not a huge deal however I still should have been given the option to choose without missing a day on my medication"

"I've been with KAV for a year and a half now and it's been great. Just a few issues since I've been with them, but they've all been taken care of in a timely manner. I mean of course every place has its mistakes but so do we so have to just do what you need to. Otherwise I've had my counselor for little while now and that's a big plus for me to have the same person to talk to every week. Overall this place has helped in so many ways as long as you let them and do your part in your journey and it'll change your life."

"I have been a client at kav for about 5yrs now and I've had my share of treatment centers and doctors but when I tell you that I have the most absolutely hands down best care provider anyone could ever ask for, Rachel Smith is the most compassionate, caring, non judgemental doctor that truly wants the best for her clients and will go out of her way to ensure her patients are taken care of!! Not only do I have the best doctor ever, I also have one of the best counselors I've ever had in this long road to recovery! Stephanie Barr has been my counselor for about a year now and has helped me through some really difficult times and has made me feel more like a friend than just 1 of her clients, she goes above and beyond for her clients as well!! I am so blessed to have these 2 wonderful women in my life and can't thank them enough for everything they have done and continue to do for me!!"

"There a select few that are reliable, professional, and actually care.. Autumn the receptionist, my counselor Tina, and Dr. misty Moore, is by far the only reason I have not left. Those three ladies deserve 5 stars. But due to the unreliable and RUDE staff, that have caused almost every patient to go into withdrawals at least once, I cannot give them a five star review and be honest. Also may I add, about a year ago, one of the medical providers, Megan Bowers, literally made fun of me, downgraded, mocked me, hung up on me, and refused to send in my prescription because I refused to answer a very personal question that I didn't feel comfortable with answering and had NOTHING to do with my recovery. She even told me herself she was only there for a paycheck. I filed a complaint but nothing was done. So as long as she is there I will never give 5 stars. And now they are requesting patients give a Google review. That's the only reason I'm posting this."
