"Male Doc made it clear, he wasn't really in tune with Patient needs. He wanted to prescribe a contraindicated medication. The Lobby, was full of workers comp patients and it seemed the kind they were geared to; didn't really want others."

"Quite literally the worst doctor I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen plenty! I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis at 2 years old so I’ve seen doctors upon doctors upon doctors my whole life and I’ve never met one quite as arrogant and rude as Simons. If you have a medical marijuana card, do not see him because he will make you feel like a criminal and still refers to marijuana as a street drug. He’s in big pharmas pocket and it shows. He’s incredibly rude and acts like he knows everything. The nurse practitioner is nice but they obviously have conflicting views on patient care. Unless you absolutely have to, do not see this man. If you have back problems, go to mayfield. At least they know what they are doing."

"Unbelievably bad bedside manners. After spending a good amount of time undergoing an exam and health history session with his nurse practitioner he completely dismissed everything she reported to him. I was extremely surprised to see a nurse come in and stay with him through the appointment but by the end I was thankful she was there and witnessed and experienced exactly why she had to be in there. He made fun of, belittled and discriminated against every bit of my life. Told me that Lupus doesn’t cause pain and tore my character to pieces. He made fun of my medications because some are controlled and then tried to prescribe me another narcotic. I refused the prescription and left without looking back. You could tell the nurse felt embarrassed, uncomfortable and truly bad for what I was experiencing. I run a primary care office and I would never let anyone treat any of our patients like that. Maturity, empathy and professionalism is missing from this practice. Do not fill his pockets!!!!!"

"I went with my 24 year old daughter because the doctor wouldn't listen to her, was very rude, accused her if drug seeking. I was shocked at how unprofessional and uncaring he was. She has had some major issues and when insurance denied her mri tmat their first request, he said that she should just pay for it herself there are a lot of good caring doctors out there. Do not go to him. Worst experience of my life and my daughters. He has dhort man syndrome as well as he is God and you are not worthy of him in his eyes. If I could have given no stars it is more appropriate then 1 star"

"Do not see this doctor under any circumstances!! He was having me come in every 2 weeks to do procedures that only caused more pain. He would also scream at me when my body would convulse to be still when I physically couldn't. If I refused he would deny my meds. To top it all off he put 50 dollars in my hand in a back room and wanted me to give him oral sex to get my meds. I called the state Board and he has many complaints in Ky and Ohio. He is rude and thinks he is god. He needs to be shut down permanently."
