"It was pretty easy to get paperwork from there, I like how you type your order in now and it's sent thru instantly. The parking here is still horrible though."

"This is possibility the worst staff in behavioral health in Cincinnati. I absolutely hate that have to bring my clients to this institution considering how rude the receptionists are at the registration lobby. The medical staff is nice and quick witted but the first set of people that are supposed to be welcoming and warm are cold and rude. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to my loved ones. I hope this helps anyone that has never been here before."

"The lady I had to speak with was super rude. One lady told me to walk into a certain area how ever when I did walk I'm there the lady started yelling at me not to be in there. Was asking about a refund. I told the lady what the machine told me. Then I was told that that was not what the machine told me. She needs classes in customer services. She was a bi*ch."

"They are friendly at the pharmacy, which I go there specifically to pick up my meds. Although at times there is a long wait. Usually I'm in and out in a decent amount of time, though. It's best to call in meds, then you can be in and out in a matter of minutes."

"It's not the most cleansly place I have been too. The staff around the waiting area was extremely rude. Security was to busy chatting to pay attention to what was going on around them. I don't have any plans to return here. This appointment was for someone else. I told them we could leave and I'd schedule him at a real drs office. A clinic is a dirty joke."
