"I have been delivering medical equipment to hospice patients for 5 years and can honestly say I have never met a more unpleasant, rude and disrespectful employee in all the facilities I've visited than I did today. Refused to greet me, even after I spoke to him at least 3 times. He did tell me I needed a mask, so he didn't Completely ignore me. I don't know if he was having a bad day or not, I asked him he said he wasn't so that's his normal energy. Which is quite sad for a nursing home facility worker. I pray the other employees don't act like this, especially to the elderly residents. His name is Eric Czanik"
