"Referred a 16 year old who is pregnant and NOT wanting an abortion. She needed help accessing prenatal care and benefits. She left traumatized after being shown abortion procedures on video. Why would anyone show those videos to an already fragile pregnant child that isn't even interested in an abortion? She left with no real options for prenatal care in her 3rd trimester. We had to call other providers to find care on our own. An agency that advocates for the pro life agenda should have actual connections with prenatal care providers. I will never send anyone there again. I thought the child would get actual help and assistance obtaining prenatal care and other prenatal benefits, not be shown abortion videos and given a phone number for the Crossroads public health clinic. I referred a child in desperate need of immediate help, but she was harmed instead. When you are an agency dealing with many pregnant women in bad situations, you should have extensive training in trauma informed care and a mental health professional or case manager to assist with linkage to care and resources for high-risk women. This agency clearly has neither. Horrible."

"Thank you so much to the staff at pregnancy center west. They were so kind, attentive and informative. I was so scared about finding prenatal help after a rather cold, sterile and short visit to a different clinic. I was at the Pregnancy Center for well over an hour where Ms. Judy asked me so many questions, told me about herself and literally stood by my side the entire visit. They gave me so much information on how to further find care, a bag full of items for the baby, and even called me a week after to check up on me. I can't believe their services are free. So much love to these ladies!"

"I came here with my bestfriend when she was in need of a pregnancy test for insurance reasons. She was scared and nervous about being pregnant but after our visit here, she was so looking forward to a future with her child. The women here held her hand and prayed with her, we all cried. They gave her 100 resources and offered us back for classes which are free. I absolutely love this place. They even offered an ultrasound because of the circumstances. Unfortunately, the baby passed around 10 weeks. This was obviously extremely hard on her. The Pregnancy Center sent a card in the mail with their condolences along with pregnancy loss resources. I would recommend this place to every and anyone. They are so sweet and compassionate."
