"In a normal ear wax removal service, I was left with a perforated eardrum and blood filling into my ear. The nurse did not remove the blood and immediately sent me home, scared at what she had done. The blood clot caused me to lose my hearing in the ear for several days. And I paid for this to be done to me. Very unprofessional."

"I signed in at 1:30pm, I was given a 2 hour and 12 minute. I returned after 1 hour and 45 minutes and there was still a 56 minute wait. I returned after 45 minutes and there was a 20 minute wait, so I stayed with my three kids who I was bringing to receive flu shots. We waited for a half hour, and the health provider came out and said that they would not see us because there was not enough time. We had been in line for 4 hours and she would not take the time to give my kids the flu shot because her hours were closing in 15 minutes. We were the next people in line when she closed."

"The minute clinic is AWESOME! If you schedule your appointment online there is absolutely NO waiting upon arrival. My NP Dickerson was friendly, professional and very thorough in her examination. I will be returning whenever I need minor health issues resolved. Keep up the great work. Extremely clean examination room. I was very impressed!!!!"

"I arrived at clinic at 1:20 because they were back from lunch at 1:30. However, she did not arrive until close to 2o'clock. When she called the two people ahead of me, they had left. Probably because there was no one there on time. When I went in the room, she said she not been able to treat anyone today as she had to refer them elsewhere. Well the same applied to me. She said she could not treat me because I had had a transplant. Even though I had been seen at the same facility previously. I was only there for a sinus infection. Seems to me like someone didn't want to work today. My family all use this facility, but we won't any longer. And I will let others know about the customer service. The MinnuteClinic I used was at 947 Cincinnati-batavia pike"
