"When my wife and I moved to Milford, we needed to find a new pediatrician for our toddler. On our first visit, the doctor not help whatsoever. She basically told us that there was nothing wrong, and implied that her crying was a result of bad parenting on our part, even though our daughter was clearly sick. On our second visit, our nurse could not figure out how to properly administer the pulse oximeter, and needed help from another nurse. Then the doctor called to go through all of the symptoms etc. over the phone instead of in person. After the call she came in and “examined” our daughter for about two minutes before telling us she didn’t know what she had been sick with. And to top it off, on our way out we overheard the doctor and nurses clearly making fun of us for bringing our daughter in. We will not be going back. It is incredible that this place has such great reviews based on the unprofessionalism we have witnessed. They may be good with older kids, but nobody we have witnessed is good at working with young kids (3 and under). If you are looking for a young child, you should look somewhere else."

"We just moved to town and chose this pediatrician’s office for our almost 2 year old based on the great ratings. We have now had two sick visits and are really disappointed. Both doctors we have seen have dismissed every single question that we have asked about our child’s health and honestly seem annoyed that we even asked a question. We left both times with no diagnosis and zero suggestions on what to do moving forward. We mentioned at our last visit that our daughter recently was admitted to the hospital and the doctor didn’t even ask why and completely dismissed it. The doctors both seemed annoyed that my toddler was fussing during the visits and wouldn’t even answer my questions when I asked how I could best help my child with the issues that she has been having. They showed no concern or empathy towards my child which did not help her fear of doctors that stem from her recent hospitalization. It felt like they were judging me the entire visit when all I was trying to do was help my child and ask questions on what I could do better that they wouldn’t even answer. When we were leaving this last visit, my husband overheard two staff members talking negatively about us in the hall. We LOVED her last pediatrician and their whole office, but they are now 2 hours away. We will now be looking for a new pediatrician. We are really hoping that this next office knows how to interact with small children and cares about their patients."

"Our primary doctor is Dr. Driscoll and we loooove her. She is so personable, kind, and real. She always listens and does a phenomenal job taking care of my kids but also taking care of me as a parent. I've also seen plenty of the other providers when my kids have been sick and have never had a bad experience. I find scheduling very easy and the staff is always pleasant when we come."
