"Too expensive for the "service" My experience wasn't good. I arrived around 12pm, lunch time, so it wasn't open. I waited because I could barely walk. After opening I came in a paid a $50 copay. I twisted my ankle pretty badly; I went there to see if it was broken or not. She was nice but wasn't able to determine if it was broken or not. She did a feel of my ankle and believed it wasn't broken and said I should go to another facility the next day. I asked if she could wrap my ankle, she told me they were out of wrap, and I should go to Kroger nearby. Then she instructed me to make sure I wrap it, stay off it, ice it, and keep it elevated. I thought that would be the end of it experience which wasn't terrible. Then 3 months later my insurance received a $210 claim for the "service". I paid another $57.24 and was a bit upset they were asking for more money. Then I received another bill in the mail a couple months later for $102.76. I went in and asked why I was getting charged a 3rd time for this. Their response was that the billing is handled by someone else. So, she wasn't able to address or resolve the issue. I ended up paying the rest at the facility to put an end to this."
