"I guess you need to be on their time to be sick or need services by them . After looking online to see if they had a open spot and it showed a 645 spot so i attempted to book it online and after going through and filling out the multiple questions and arriving to find out that I wasn’t done correctly and that they gave the appointment to someone else that just happened to be a walk in no empathy no let me help you just a sorry about your luck by the way there wasn’t anyone there and no line so for them to be open till 730 and not needing or wanting to treat me just a big let down … would not recommend going here or would suggest they change their appt policy or walk in policy or even their hours"

"The worst clinic to get treated at. I have been 4 times, not by choice, & every time the receptionist argues me that my name is my Dads…don’t bother making an appointment ahead of time because you will still sit for 30+ mins and be asked to recreate an appointment. Once again, the receptionist doesn’t know what she’s doing. The Dr at this location is rude and pushes her political views about the COVID vaccine on patients. My husband had an experience where the doctor was laughing about a patient to a coworker because they didn’t want to the COVID vaccine. Very unprofessional. I would rather go sit in the Florence St. E hospital waiting room for hours than go back to the Hebron Little Clinic."

"Terrible. Went there to get relief from a sinus infection and did not get anything prescribed so now i just paid for a useless visit to Kroger and tomorrow will have to pay my Dr for actual relief and healing. Kroger policy is to be sick for at least 10 days before they will do anything so make sure you tell them you have been sick for 10 days! That was the most useless money i have ever spent. Ridiculous."

"I had been to this one previous time and had a a good experience. This one was different. I was the only one in the waiting room, arrived 15 minutes early and was immediately brought back to a room. The provider didn’t come in until 30+ minutes after my appointment time. She then asked why it matter that she was late and if I had somewhere to be. I was there for a suspected eye infection and she had medicine prescribed and ordered to the pharmacy and had not even examined me. My paperwork was done and printed before the exam even begun. All in all, she spent less than 1 minute examining me and stared at her computer for the other few minutes. I would highly avoid. They don’t seem to value anyone’s time or examine anyone appropriately. Check in process was smooth and the patient tech was very quick and helpful."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. I came on a Thursday with symptoms of a sore throat that I knew was gonna turn into sinus sinus infection because it happens with me all the time. As a nurse I also understand illness and sickness. But when I was seen on Thursday with an incompetent NP or PA, they’re only recommendation was changing an allergy medication and adding a nasal spray after a negative strep test. So when things got worse by Saturday after doing “their” recommendations, I returned and received another incompetent NP or PA who pretty much told me that they can’t give an antibiotic prescription unless you’ve been suffering for more than 10 to 14 days... Seriously. I’ve been seen by Kroger clinics for a few years now and I’ve never been treated this way and if they would have looked at my chart and history they would have seen this. Do not come here if you’re looking for proper care. If you just need a quick physical and a vaccine, this is your place. But do not come here if you need anything else. Absolutely horrible service and now I will have to pay two bills for nothing. I will never be returning to this clinic."
