"Whoever they have answering the phone today Nov 9 needs a different job. My struggles on the phone. Everytime he said something there was a long pause that kept confusing him. He spelled his name 4times and even when I asked was this the clinic on blisten Ave I was answered with a very long pause. I asked again and was told just amin she would let me know. I asked again andwas told she needed to answer the patient. Sadly my husband just hung up."

"I transferred here from community medical because I moved and this place is closer to home. I assumed this was also a dose and go clinic but now I'm there and there's too many 'appointments' every week and it's a hassle as I'm in a wheelchair and have to have help going places. I'm ready to go back to community medical where I was doing good and the staff were very helpful accommodating my needs"

"My experience here was good initially, but it quickly declined. I was pushed to go to their Colombus location to taper from the medication and when I went there, I not only had a terrible experience but the whole reason for me going was pointless, as they were not able to taper me like they knew I wanted to. You think that they would tell me on the phone that they knew they couldn't do that instead of me wasting all that time going there! Once I got back to this location, it was constant harassment. I felt like I was targeted and picked on by staff and I left that place feeling extremely bitter and resentful! Thankfully I still left in a better place than when I started but it was no thanks to anything that they had done! As I transitioned myself to another medication and made what I know was progress, but if it's not their idea of progress, then your subject to pure scrutiny the whole time! Absolutely wouldn't recommend to anyone!"
