"I made an appointment for my two children entered in my health insurance info that was accepted online. The Dr tells me when we get there they don’t accept my health insurance which online they accepted it. When we got there she acted like she didn’t even know we were coming. It’s been such a difficult morning because of this. They could have at-least called me and told me not to come because of our so called insurance issue. Also, if that’s the case update your system to where the drop down tab has our specific insurance to actually pick!! I honestly think she just didn’t want to see us. It would have been too much work for her!"

"I went in to get my flu shot and the experience was heavenly. I had anxiety about the whole experience. But then the NP (Kristen) came out and spoke so softly and kindly she put my nerves to ease. As she attempted to keep my mind off of the shot she small talked for a bit. I could feel my blood pressure dropping. Then as she start to put the shot up to my arm she started to glow and she looked so sweet and heavenly. If she wasn’t married I’d ask her out for a McRib. The shot was painless and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back to get my shot here."

"I showed up after scheduling my physical online. I sat down as the receptionist was coming back to her desk. I say Hello, She then looks at me and turns back away. Then the young lady in scrubs comes out and seems irritated that there was a patient waiting. She ask the receptionist if I was the 2:20? Then ask, does he have his paperwork ( in an annoyed tone). After finding out that I filled everything out prior, including scanning in my Insurance and DL, she then (finally) turns around to acknowledge my presence. She asks what kind of physical am I getting, in her fakest nice voice. I can Sense she didn’t want no part of being there. After I tell her, she then asks where my papers are. I explained I just need the genetics form saying I was seen. She goes back and forth with me, saying typical I should have my own and how it will be $60 to transfer the paperwork if I end up needing a separate form. I once again explained that all I needed was a physical and it documented that I was seen today. She then finds another reason to not see me. She says we can’t except insurance for physicals and it would be $59. At that point I gave up. I forfeited myself from her game of, how many patients can she turn away. Even if it’s true About not excepting insurance for the physical, at least adjust the way you approach patients. I’ve never seen two health care providers act as if they are working a fast food drive through window. I’ll wait the 2 weeks until my Professional primary can see me"

"My doctor didn't have an appointment so I figured I'd try here for day 5 of worsening symptoms of upper resp/sinus infection that's preventing me from working. I've never experienced a more careless doctor or NP. Told them my ears were clogged, they didn't check them. Barely looked at my throat that's killing me. Didn't feel for any swelling. Said to get OTC stuff and literally shrugged when I said I need treatment as I can't work like this. I walked out."
