"If only I could give it zero stars. My husband had to stop by and get a quick work physical and the lady at the desk was extremely rude. Apparently he had a charge on there from a visit that we never got billed for and told us that we needed to pay it. Well he had asked if there was a patient portal he could pay online since we only brought enough for the physical today. And she told him that he didn’t know what he was talking about. And wouldn’t answer any of his questions. He ended up paying both the physical and the unknown charge which he found through the PATIENT PORTAL! was from when he got the pfizer vaccine which was free at the time. This is ridiculous."

"All I needed was for the nurse who did my physical 2 weeks ago to fill out a different form. I didn't really need to be seen, I just needed 5 minutes and a signature since I already completed this physical 2 weeks ago at the same location by the same nurse. The receptionist argued with me for 10 minutes about how that's not possible because "all the appointments are booked up and the nurse won't have 5 minutes between appointments to sign a paper"At the time I called it was 3 hours before they closed. I asked to speak to the nurse and was put on hold for 25 minutes. I asked the nurse if she could quickly sign this paper, and she said she could at the very end right before close which was fine. I didn't want to take up too much time, I didn't want to be seen.I just needed my paper signed. I eventually ended up just explaining the situation to my employer, and asking for more time to get the paper in, because I didn't want to go back that night and deal with the rude receptionist. I argued with the receptionist over something so silly because she didn't want to deal with it. This should not have been a big deal and a power struggle. She did not once ask the nurse, or try to come up with a solution. Train your receptionist better. I'm so sick of going in their and them being rude, and watching them scroll on their phones. They are incredibly unhelpful and rude."

"1) Receptionist/Physicians Assistant loudly announced my reason for visit with a full line at the pharmacy and a woman standing right next to me. Felt embarrassing and violating. 2) Answered my intake questions honestly and was met with judgement and weird looks. Again, embarrassing and violating. 3) Was promised call backs and did not hear back until almost a week later (now over a week that I have been dealing with this issue). 4) Results were “negative”, but I was experiencing WORSENING symptoms and went elsewhere today. Results were positive at the other clinic, and I have a Rx in less than an hour. Moral of the story, work on your bedside manner and don’t make promises you clearly cannot keep. I hate to be a “Karen”, but the judgement and lack of privacy I was met with during a time where I’m down and seeking help is vile. I sincerely hope that not every patient is treated this way."

"Desk people are some the friendliest I’ve ever met in a healthcare facility. I had Jessica today and then another very friendly lady I think named Danielle. I was late from another appointment at the TB center in cincinnati. The TB center was late with my paperwork and I drove up here and Little Clinic waived my late fee. They are so calm and polite at this Little Clinic, and it took all my anxiety from the other place away. Renewed my faith in healthcare. They were also faster with the whole process and the paperwork here; very efficient. Would go back 10/10."
