"I had labs ordered by a doctor at this dermatology practice prior to starting Accutane. At my appointment, I was told my labs were normal and I could start treatment. I later found my labs resulted online and found that I had some results marked as critical. I sent these to my PCP, who referred me to hematology where I was then diagnosed with a serious blood condition. If you order a test result, you need to own the results and at very least inform the patient. At best, this was handled with negligence. Thankfully I’m savvy enough to figure this out on my own, but what about the patients that aren’t?"

"Dr. Radloff was great. Asked me several questions, showed concern, and explained things thoroughly. I've utilized her services several times and would do so again if the need arises. Would highly recommend her to family and friends."

"absolutely awful. going to echo a lot of the comments already left about Dr Kimberly Radloff. she was extremely dismissive the entire appointment. spent no more than 3 minutes in the room with me. would have been less time if i didn't take the time to ask two simple questions. she gave me a canned treatment plan that i have already been put on in the past at that same facility, so the medications are clearly in my patient history. i asked her assistant to pull it up and there it was - 5 years ago was given the same medication and it didn't work. she was extremely dismissive when i brought this up and told me it's that or nothing at all. i could tell her and her assistant were getting attitude when i was asking questions and trying to understand things. didn't care at all about actually helping my problem was just trying to see the next patient. gross waste of my time i will never be returning to this facility. i highly recommend patients look elsewhere, at the very least do not see dr. radloff"

"Patients must be very specific about what ailment they want a dermatologist to see them for. This applies to scheduling via their online portal and when calling their office for an appointment. I found out at my appointment that out of the five items I wanted the doctor to check (these were all specified in the comments section of the online scheduling app), she could only check one for this particular appointment, and I had to make a separate appointment for my other issues. This is not stated on their online portal, so probably the best way to confirm is to call their office directly and make an appointment that way. Also, this is a new doctor for me, Dr. Radloff. As other comments have mentioned, she rushes through the appointment as if she couldn’t get out of it fast enough. She was literally walking out the door as I was talking to her. Very disappointed in her manner. She was probably in the room for five minutes, if that."

"Have been here a couple of times and we’re always pleased with the office staff. Everyone is kind and helpful. Our doctors have been professional and personable. Wait isn’t too long. Brought the kids for their appointments and they’re really good about making them feel comfortable and safe. Won’t go anywhere else."
