"This practice is horrible! Avoid at all costs! When my son was sick it took her 7 hours to return my call. We were being discharged from Children's as I received the call, at 2am no less. Dr. Soto's explaination? Her phone died and she didn't notice. A few weeks later (I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt that this was a one time thing) I wanted him to be seen because he still wasn't back to his old self. I had called and talked to the doctor and PA at least a half dozen times, every time they assured me he didn't need to be seen. I finally made an appointment a few days later because I couldn't stand that he had been sick for a month. When I get to his appointment they refused to see him because their "system" said that his appointment was for 15 minutes earlier than I scheduled it. Because he was more than 10 minutes "late" they wouldn't see him. There was only one other person in the waiting room and maybe three cars in the lot. There was no excuse not to see him. I implore you to find a different pediatrician if you are considering this practice."
