"I'd make a post about quality of care, but I have yet to be able to schedule an appointment. I submitted an online request nearly two months ago, but I missed a call from Sheila about getting scheduled. I called the office to see if that would be easier, as I just had a question about a service. Someone answered the phone; she was lovely; I told her I missed a call from Sheila and asked if I could speak with her about getting scheduled for an appointment. She then asked Sheila about talking to me; Sheila told her she didn't remember ever calling me but to go ahead and transfer the call to her. The receptionist transferred me to Sheila, where she sent me to voicemail. It was funny that she sent me to voicemail like she didn't just tell the receptionist to transfer me to her. I left a message with my name and number and asked for a call back at their earliest convenience. I have yet to receive a phone call. I submitted a new online request for a different location. After waiting to hear back from either location request, I made two more phone calls. I have not heard back from anyone and have officially given up on this organization."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I saw Dr Murphy for my pregnancy. She was not only 20 or more minutes late to most of my appointments but also missed the entire birth. My husband saw her in the hallway right before so I know she was there and not busy. Her scheduling team is rude and refused to help me find scheduling solutions. I had a horrible experience and would not recommend them at all. I also had massive tearing after my delivery and given an open prescription for pain meds during my stay at the hospital but was denied use of them by a nurse, given numbing spray with aloe in it even though my chart clearly stated a topical allergy to aloe, and then blamed by Dr Steele when I called asking for help because I was still in so much pain I couldn't breathe without irritating everything. She told me I must not have taken my Tylenol regularly enough."

"I’ve been a patient of Dr Jones for more than 11 years. He delivered one of my children and is now the doctor for my teenager (her choice). He’s always been great at listening and helping me make decisions for my care, they take their time when I need it and they get me in and out quickly when that’s what I want. I feel comfortable asking about anything that crosses my mind. I also get appointments quickly and they help me over the phone to save me a trip when it makes sense. Highly recommend."
